We should start mindfulness at the earlier age to enhance focus, reduce stress, and cultivate emotional balance, leading to greater well-being and improved performance in both personal and professional life.

MBI - Mindfulness

Mindfulness-based interventions MBI in companies and mindfulness programs for individuals are designed to enhance well-being, focus, and emotional resilience. 

 

In companies, these interventions help create more attentive and productive work environments, improving collaboration, stress management, and decision-making. By integrating mindfulness practices into corporate cultures, employees learn how to manage distractions, maintain clarity, and improve communication, which ultimately leads to better team dynamics and innovation.

 

The method:

- Online for team empowerment

- 1 initial briefing meeting with the representative(s) for the goal

- Short weekly online sessions (20 to 30 min) and "as a team" camera on, to stay on track and focus on the goal  (over a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks to establish positive habits).

- Access to the digital platform that allows you to resume your programme to follow the instructions and communicate as you wish with your support person. Over 8 consecutive weeks or with occasional adaptations.

 

- Face-to-face during a seminar day to complement your work programme, team building, lunch reading, etc.

For individuals, mindfulness programs help cultivate a deeper awareness of the present moment, improve emotional regulation, reduce stress, and increase overall life satisfaction. Through practices like attentional practice, breathing exercises, and walking meditations  participants gain greater control over their mental and emotional states, enhancing both personal and professional growth.
