Socratic Method 2.0

You already have the answer...

In coaching with the Socratic method, I use dialogue-driven approach like Socrates in his time, that encourages participants to explore their thoughts, beliefs, and assumptions through guided questioning. This method builds critical thinking and self-reflection, allowing clients to arrive at their own insights and solutions rather than simply providing answers.

By asking open-ended questions, I help participants examine their motivations, clarify their goals, and uncover underlying beliefs that may influence their behavior. This collaborative process empowers people to take ownership of their development, leading to deeper understanding and more meaningful change. Ultimately, the Socratic method enhances self-awareness and promotes a mindset of continuous learning.
